Who We Are
Since 1987, the Health and Safety Training Center at The University of Texas at Austin has provided safety and health compliance training to the Texas mining industry as the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) State Grants recipient of Texas. Trainings offered include but not limited to: New Miner, Annual Refresher, Instructor Training Course and First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
