BOOTHS WILL BE DRESSED VERY PROFESSIONALLY. Unless you prefer otherwise, each will have draped dividers separating it from adjacent booths, plus a draped backdrop – in addition to 1 table and 1 chair.
In 2017 we anticipate a total attendance of 600-650,
and the cavernous Exhibit Hall (130′ x 240′) at the Gaylord Texan has enabled us
to provide 51 exhibit booths while adding tables and seating for meals and breaks in the same hall
YOUR POTENTIAL CLIENTS WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU DURING ALL BREAKS & MEAL TIMES
(except the Awards Banquet, which will be held in the Grapevine Ballroom upstairs).
The hotel has 24 hour security on the premises. In addition a guard will be posted at the loading dock and exhibit hall during setup and takedown of your exhibits.
There will be a “premium registration fee” for “premium booth locations.” When you review the diagram you will see why the “premium” booths offer particularly choice exhibiting opportunities. At the same time, exhibiting to a group this size of mine S&H professionals in a 5-star convention center is itself “choice”!
AND we will provide even more time in the Conference schedule for our participants to visit with you!
EACH BOOTH REGISTRATION INCLUDES ALL MEALS AND SNACKS FOR ONE PERSON — PLUS Attendance at any Session or Workshop. DOUBLE BOOTHS INCLUDE ALL MEALS AND SNACKS FOR TWO PERSONS. Additional Persons will be at the regular participant registration rate.
Electricity is optional and is an additional charge.
