STEP 2:

If paying by check or money order, please enclose the form in the envelope with payment, and make your check payable to: SCJMHSC Association.

You will receive a receipt by email when the check or money order has been received.

If paying by credit card on-line:

NOTE: You will not be charged any card processing fees. These are paid by the Conference Association.

NOTE: Our credit card processing service cannot receive payments from Canada for us. We can, however, receive Canadian registrations via check or money order from US dollar accounts.

  1. Click on “Add to Cart” in the box below.
  2. If registering more than one participant, change the number in the QUANTITY box and click “UPDATE”
  3. On the next screen Click on either “CHECK OUT” or “CHECK OUT with PayPal” (both options lead to the same subsequent screens).
  4. On the next screen Click on the “PAY WITH A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD” tab at the bottom right of the screen
  5. On the next screen complete all items.
  6. Just above the words “PAY BY CREDIT CARD” at the bottom of the screen, click the word “ADD” next to “NOTE TO SELLER” and enter the name of the participant and organization/company. THIS STEP IS ESSENTIAL FOR ACCURATE REGISTRATION.
  7. Click “Pay” at the bottom. Your Credit Card information will NOT be transmitted to the Conference Association. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL RECEIPT FROM PAYPAL and a copy of the receipt will be transmitted to the Conference Registrar.

NOTE: No one associated with this conference has any access to any payer’s credit card information. Your privacy is completely protected. That is why we use a secure credit card processing service — PayPal. While the Conference Association has an account with PayPal, it is not necessary for anyone to have an account with PayPal if they are making a payment by credit card to this Conference. REFUND POLICY

  • 50% refund for cancellation before March 1, 2018.
  • There are no registration refunds for no shows or cancellations on or after March 15. (This is the date the hotel requires that we guarantee the number of Conference-provided meals and snacks.)
  • There is no fee charged for changing names (swapping attendees) on registrations providing notice is received prior to March 26, 2018. On or after March 26 there is a $25 processing fee.
