It is great because it deals in the relief of pain and sorrow and fear and loss. It is great because it works to preserve and protect the things people earn and build and own and cherish. Its true greatness will be measured by our power to help people live safer, more secure lives.
Through Liberty Mutual Insurance’s philanthropic efforts, we look to support best-in-class organizations that are changing the lives of some of our most vulnerable neighbors. We strive to give nonprofit organizations the flexibility they need.
Our goal is to invest in leadership that is responsible. To that end, we give priority to nonprofit organizations with solid financials, strong boards and staff, and thoughtful strategic plans and budgets.
We do not fund organizations that deny services to a potential client or beneficiary on the basis of race, religion, color, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity, disability, age, political affiliation, or national origin.
